Learn together without making it weird.

Lundo’s social features are intentionally limited: friends, challenges, leaderboards, activity sharing, and preset encouragement. There is no free-text chat. These guidelines still apply wherever another person can see your activity or username.
Be respectful
Use a suitable username and interact in ways that support learning. Do not harass, threaten, shame, impersonate, discriminate against, or deliberately intimidate another person.
Keep it safe
Do not use Lundo to sexualize or exploit a child, encourage self-harm, promote violence, organize illegal activity, or share another person’s private information. Attempts to move a child or vulnerable person into unsafe contact are prohibited.
Play honestly
Do not manipulate scores, challenges, streaks, leaderboards, or account systems with automation, exploits, multiple accounts, or false identity information.
Use the controls
You can limit exact-username discovery, control friend requests and activity sharing, and block or unblock another user in the app. If behaviour creates a safety concern, block the account and report the username and relevant details to hello@lundo.is.
What Lundo may do
Depending on severity and context, Lundo may change or remove a username, remove social visibility, restrict features, suspend an account, preserve records needed for an investigation, or contact authorities where law or immediate safety requires it.
Report a concern
Include the exact username, what happened, and when. Do not confront a person when doing so may put anyone at risk. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
